When I called, the manager answered, his name was RUBEN WEST, and he put all the blame on me, it was MY FAULT I didn’t call the front desk, it was MY FAULT I got charge for the breakfast, it was MY FAULT the walls were shaking, and It was MY FAULT the room was full of dust. Also, the breakfast was charged to my room, and to my surprise Hilton Members DONT receive breakfast at this location. I went for breakfast first thing in the morning around 7 ish and to my surprise there were no breakfast items, they had cold runny eggs, three boxes of cereal and a couple of old berries in a bowl. I didn’t want maintenance in the room, because I was trying to get up very early in the morning to leave. First, I checked in around 10 pm and got ready for bed, as I was getting ready for bed the bathroom’s wall started shaking with a loud water noise. I had an issue with the quality of the breakfast. The manager at this location should be remove.
